At iHome, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your iHome account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Device

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
